The photo is of my son Jim in his first visit to Maple Lake — at about age 4 months and his grandpa, also named Jim.
My son Jim turns twenty five years old today. Very hard to believe how quickly the years have gone by. It makes me a bit sad that Jim has not been to the cottage for many a moon. If the Internet access comes through and I can spend more time up there this summer perhaps he’ll be able to come up for at least a long weekend.
